Interior Design Team Lead

- Lead and inspire the interior design team through all phases of the design process—from concept through to completion - Develop innovative and functional interior environments - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution - Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met - Provide mentorship and professional development to junior designers - Participate in material selection, furniture specifications, and design reviews - Stay up to date with global design trends, technologies, and sustainability best practices

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative interior design projects - Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software - Experience working on commercial or workplace interiors is highly desirable - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
