- Strategic Payment Solutions Development Develop and implement an innovative payment strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Evaluate existing payment methods and introduce new solutions to enhance customer convenience and satisfaction. - Optimize Payment Systems by Region Ensure that each region has an efficient and optimized payment system tailored to the specific needs of the local market - Compliance Monitoring Regularly monitor and ensure that all payment systems adhere to relevant local and international regulatory requirements - Payment Partnerships and Negotiations Establish and maintain relationships with key payment providers, gateways, and financial institutions. Negotiate competitive pricing models to reduce payment processing costs while ensuring top-notch service delivery - Diversification and Cost Efficiency Ensure that the payment systems in each region are diversified, with multiple payment options available. - Oversee Departmental Operations Take full responsibility for all functions of the payments department, including managing the team, improving processes, and implementing new payment solutions as required - Team Leadership and Departmental Oversight Lead the payments team, ensuring efficient management of day-to-day operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance. Provide mentorship and strategic direction to the department - Risk Management Identify potential risks in payment processes and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring secure and reliable transactions - Reporting and Analysis Regularly report on payment system performance, compliance status, and cost analysis, and use data-driven insights to make strategic improvements - Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with product, marketing, customer support, and finance teams to ensure payment processes are fully integrated into the user journey. Proactively address payment-related customer issues and optimize processes for the best user experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in managing payment systems on an international scale - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in different regions - Excellent negotiation skills for securing favorable contracts with payment providers - Leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing departmental functions - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous improvements - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
