Experienced Software QA Engineer

- Perform end-to-end testing, including UI validation, API verification, WebSocket communication checks, and backend logic testing, with a focus on functional accuracy, regression coverage, and system reliability - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts using Cypress or Playwright - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices throughout the Agile development cycle - Track and manage defects using Jira and maintain test documentation in TestRail - Perform root cause analysis, debug issues, and continuously refine testing strategies and automation frameworks

- 3+ years of QA experience with a strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies - BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field - Hands-on experience with test automation, preferably using Cypress or Playwright - Expertise in API testing using Postman, including WebSocket validation - Experience in backend testing, ensuring data accuracy and system stability - Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, and GitLab for test management and version control - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills - Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams with short release cycles - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and deliver high-quality results - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proactive contributor to a positive, solution-oriented team culture - Intermediate English proficiency, as all documentation is maintained in English
