- Product Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for the medical billing software, including user manuals, feature descriptions, and system overviews - Version History: Document and manage the version history of the software, clearly outlining new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in each release - Dependency Mapping: Identify and document software dependencies to assist in troubleshooting and ensure seamless operation across various environments - Integration Guides: Produce clear instructions for integrating the software with third-party systems, ensuring smooth compatibility for clients - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to gather accurate information and ensure documentation reflects current software capabilities - Repository Management: Organize and manage documentation repositories, ensuring that materials are easily accessible to internal teams and clients. Maintain Documentation Standards: Adhere to established style guides and contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field - Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software or healthcare technology industry - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely - Attention to Details: Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all documentation. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence or similar platforms - Understanding of Software Development: Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control systems (e.g., Git), product release processes and API documentation - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation - Language Knowledge: Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages - Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Experience working in or writing documentation for the healthcare industry, particularly in medical billing or health information systems - Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments - Technical Background: Background in software development, healthcare IT, or a related technical field
