- Oversee the operations of live dealer tables during your shift, ensuring games are conducted according to the rules, policies, and customer expectations - Collaborate with the Shift Manager to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations - Assist with managing dealer teams and addressing any operational issues that may arise during the shift - Ensure dealers are following company procedures, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining professionalism - Assist with the onboarding and training of new dealers, ensuring they understand company procedures, game rules, and customer service standards

- At least 1 year of experience in a live casino or iGaming environment, preferably in a supervisory role - Experience working with live dealer operations is a plus - Good level of English proficiency - A sharp eye for detail to ensure that games are conducted fairly, the floor operates smoothly, and players are satisfied
