IT General Controls (ITGC) Specialist

- Develop, implement, and monitor IT general controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT - Conduct regular assessments of IT controls related to access management, change management, data security, and IT operations - Identify control deficiencies, recommend remediation plans, and track corrective actions - Assist with internal and external IT audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests - Maintain documentation of ITGC frameworks, policies, and procedures - Work closely with IT teams to integrate ITGC best practices into daily operations and system development - Evaluate and enhance cybersecurity and risk management frameworks - Provide training and awareness on ITGC practices to IT and business teams - Support compliance initiatives, including risk assessments and regulatory reporting

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in IT audit, IT compliance, or IT risk management - Strong knowledge of IT control frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and ITIL - Experience with IT security, data protection, and risk management principles - Familiarity with ERP and financial systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday, is a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are preferred
