- Supervise and manage a team of live dealers during your shift - Ensure that all dealers adhere to company procedures, game rules, and customer service standards - Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of live dealer tables, addressing any technical issues, delays, or irregularities that may arise during gameplay - Perform regular checks to ensure the quality of live dealer gaming, including the dealers’ performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards - Support and mentor new and existing dealers by providing training and feedback to enhance their performance and efficiency

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming or casino industry, with a focus on live dealer operations - Experience in managing a team of live dealers is highly preferred - Fluency in English - Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of live dealers, ensuring productivity and performance are maintained during your shift - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments
