- Take ownership of the entire educational program lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support the delivery of high-quality educational experiences - Monitor the progress of ongoing programs, addressing challenges and ensuring objectives are met on time - Maintain clear communication with instructors, students, and stakeholders, fostering productive relationships - Contribute to enhancing the learning experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

- Proven educational background combined with proven experience in program management, ideally in education or tech - Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning to execution, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Experience collaborating with marketing or other teams to support program visibility and outreach - Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and systems that support educational programs - Excellent communication skills — building strong relationships and communicating clearly with different stakeholders - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams, motivate others, and ensure smooth program execution
