Responsibilities
- Create and update tasks and user stories based on product documentation (PRD)
- Keep project boards (Jira, Trello) neat and updated
- Help the team communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Gather updates from leads and prepare draft status reports
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take clear notes, and track action points
- Do basic research when needed to support decision-making
- Provide administrative support like tracking deadlines, following up, and calendar management
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Ability to work with PRDs written in English and translate them into tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player, willing to learn, open to feedback, and ready to handle admin tasks while growing
