Procurement Specialist (Marketing field)

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for marketing-related services and materials, including advertising, digital media, creative agencies, and promotional items - Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with marketing vendors and service providers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign needs and align procurement activities with business objectives - Evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as cost, quality, and delivery timelines - Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations - Monitor budget utilization and provide cost-saving recommendations - Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers that offer competitive advantages - Maintain accurate records of procurement processes, vendor agreements, and pricing structures

- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within marketing or advertising industries - Good working knowledge of English and Russian - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong negotiation and contract management skills - Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and cost analysis - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
