- Develop and implement strategies for scaling and optimizing smart locker solutions - Monitor product performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities for improvement - Streamline internal workflows to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality - Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and vendors - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals - Maintain strong communication with partners to facilitate smooth operations and continuous improvement - Coordinate and collaborate with regional partners - Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery and installation process of smart lockers - Address logistical challenges, optimize distribution processes, and ensure timely implementations - Implement effective logistical solutions for delivery in regions - Ensure high-quality customer service by coordinating with support teams - Address escalated customer issues promptly and drive service excellence - Work with technical teams to maintain product functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback

- Educational background in business management or related - Proven experience in team management. - Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
