Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Training Development Manager, acting as a SME to develop, customize, and implement training materials that promote soft skills and personal growth, including communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, time management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
- Tailor content to suit different learning styles and cultural contexts, ensuring relevance and accessibility for both international and local participants
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on topics defined within the training curriculum, aimed at enhancing soft skills and promoting personal growth.
- Engage participants using interactive methods, including group activities, case studies, and role-playing exercises to reinforce learning and encourage practical application of soft skills
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure participants' progress and competency in soft skills
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to participants to support their ongoing development and mastery of soft skills
- Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness, using insights to refine and enhance future programs
- Work closely with program managers, coordinators, and other specialists to ensure soft skills training aligns with and supports broader program goals
- Collaborate in the development of interdisciplinary programs that integrate soft skills into other training areas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in a related field such as psychology, education, or organizational development
- 3+ years of experience in training or coaching, with a focus on soft skills development
- Experience working in diverse cultural contexts and with international teams is an advantage
- English: Minimum proficiency level of B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
- Armenian: Fluency is required for communication with local students and stakeholders
