- Set the product vision, ensuring alignment with Upay’s strategic goals - Build fintech products that deliver exceptional customer experiences across the entire user lifecycle - Define and prioritize short, mid and long-term product goals, aligning with market needs and communicating them clearly to stakeholders - Drive engagement in UX to ensure intuitive and seamless customer journeys - Optimize conversion funnels and improve offer acceptance rates - Reduce customer acquisition and retention costs while driving growth - Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and seamless product experiences - Establish and manage reliable third-party partnerships to support product success - Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to breaches

- Hands-on experience building products or features (experience in fintech is a plus) - Expertise in product design with a sharp eye for detail - Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data and make informed decisions - Broad understanding of risk management principles - Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize features based on customer needs - Solid interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills - Effective communication with stakeholders across all levels - Passion for creating value, driving innovation, building processes and challenging the status quo - Fluency in Armenian and English, intermediate proficiency in Russian.
