- Development, organization and maintenance of client related databases/sources/DataMarts - Development, organization and maintenance of Risk Management Information System (MIS/BI) for the credit, market and operational risk management reporting and analytical tools - Development, organization and maintenance data sources for the AI/Machine learning and other math models development, invest efforts to improve their efficiency - Participate and contribute to implementation and adoption of metadata and data quality tools across the organization - As a specific task, credit impairment assessment in accordance with defined IFRS 9 methodology: coordination of loan classification/impairment process, individual and collective impairment calculations, tackle external audit-related issues, development of loan classification/impairment methodology/model - Data analyses and reporting, using statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in data sets, and specifically credit risk report - Working with data engineers/programmers and internal stakeholders to improve data management/analytics process, to develop Data Warehouse, MIS - Perform other analytical and processing activities

- University degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field - At least 1 years of work experience in risk management, data/business analytics or reporting - Knowledge of mathematical, statistical and modeling methods - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English - Data processing and modeling skills, knowledge of SQL, R/Python will be a plus - Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI - Experience in reporting database organization and processing - Knowledge of IFRS 9, assets classification procedure, - Ability to develop and implement projects, proficiency in performing financial and statistical analyses - Communication skills, creative thinking, team player and team management skills, cooperation and consultation skills
