Launch Manager

TUMO Center for Creative Technologies

- Work with the partners to create a project timeline, workplan and budget - Coordinate site and feasibility reviews with TUMO’s architectural team - Collaborate with TUMO specialists to validate technical and non technical procurement lists (e.g. hardware, software, furniture, fixtures and fittings) - Cooperate with the partner and TUMO internal stakeholders to plan and execute the staff hiring process - Initiate audits and reviews of marketing materials with support from TUMO’s experts - Coordinate site visits and training trips between the international partner team and TUMO HQ - Initiate, coordinate and execute delivery processes such as technical, content, translation and other materials - Provide interim operational guidance and support as part of the transition process - Follow up with all parties to ensure timely, accurate and smooth communication and information sharing - Perform other organizational and administrative tasks as required

- A passion for digital education and innovation - At least three years of project management experience - Experience working with International partners or environment - Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong Google Suite and MS Office skills - Ability to assess and prioritize the different aspects of a situation or problem, identifying critical issues and proposing appropriate solutions - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
