Marketing Operations Coordinator

- Coordinate communication with partners and stakeholders - Ensure timely responses and arrange meetings as needed - Act as a liaison between Marketing and other departments - Delegate tasks and coordinate requests from cross-functional teams - Manage marketing tasks using a task management system (e.g., Asana, Trello) - Track progress, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely execution - Assist in conducting market research and collecting data as required - Summarize findings and provide insights to support strategic decisions - Assist in developing communication plans under the guidance of senior marketers - Coordinate internal approvals and ensure adherence to plan - Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization efforts - Coordinate marketing projects from initiation through to completion - Define the project scopes, milestones, and resource allocation

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field - 1 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations positions - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in task management tools and familiarity with marketing analytics - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
