Media & Productions Specialist

- Develop and implement a content strategy for Instagram - Present monthly content plans to the Co-Curricular Coordinator for review and approval - Create, schedule, and publish at least one Instagram post per week - Manage Instagram Stories for a minimum of two days each week, ensuring engaging, interactive content - Expand presence across other social media platforms as needed - Promote school events across social media channels in alignment with the school’s communication goals - Assist with visual and technical support for concerts and events, including stage displays and presentation visuals - Collaborate with the technical team for setting up AV equipment, lighting, and sound systems - Maintain and regularly update the school’s website content - Ensure consistency and accuracy across all online platforms - Support the creation and distribution of school publications such as newsletters, magazines, yearbooks, and - Assist or lead in media-related school projects, including student-led initiatives - Contribute to other media and communication-related activities as needed - Recent graduate or someone early in their career, eager to learn and grow professionally - Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling - Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram - Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus - Comfortable with technical setup and event support - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Good knowledge of English is an asset
