Senior Legal Counsel / VBET

- Serve as the lead legal advisor for VBET Group on corporate, regulatory, commercial, and operational legal matters - Act as the legal bridge between SoftConstruct's legal departments and VBET’s internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and legal consistency across entities - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, licensing agreements, and regulatory documents - Track and interpret changes in local and international legal frameworks, providing timely and practical advice to business leaders - Support various departments (HR, Finance, Compliance, Product, Marketing, etc.) with legal risk management and operational alignment - Represent the company in legal dealings with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities when required - Advise on and support the resolution of legal disputes, investigations, and compliance-related issues - Drive legal awareness across the organization by delivering internal consultations and knowledge-sharing sessions - Continuously learn and adapt to evolving gaming, technology, and data protection regulations

- Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent); Bar admission preferred - At least 5 years of professional legal experience, ideally in a multinational corporate environment or top-tier law firm - Strong expertise in the Armenian legal system, with exposure to international, commercial, and regulatory law - Demonstrated skills in contract negotiation, legal drafting, and risk mitigation - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high ethical standards and business acumen - Fluent in Armenian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is aplus
