- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders - Create detailed project plans and track progress using tools like Jira, TFS, or Asana - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks - Review and understand API documentation, data flows, and integration requirements to support clear communication between technical and non-technical teams - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, functional descriptions and generate reports at each stage of the project - Collaborate with developers and QA teams to manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum) - Manage risk, track dependencies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks - Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders through regular reports - Ensure project documentation is complete and well-maintained

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field - 2+ years of experience managing IT/software development projects (experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage) - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Ability to read and understand API documentation and communicate API requirements with stakeholders - Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar for API testing is a plus - Basic understanding of databases, system integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) - Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Good command of Russian and English languages - PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
