Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development – Develop and implement a long-term strategy to drive the growth of the company's product portfolio. Identify opportunities to strengthen the consumer segment while ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
- Market Analysis – Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
- Evaluate product demand and sales performance across various parameters to identify growth opportunities
- Customer Acquisition and Negotiation – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and establish strong, long-term relationships that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Sales Management – Optimize and streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and performance. Based on sales analysis, identify and assess potential new markets for regional expansion
- Supply Chain and Logistics – Ensure timely and accurate product ordering, manage inventory, and oversee the delivery process to maintain optimal stock levels and seamless logistics
- Sales Activation and Promotion – Drive sales through well-planned promotions, events, and the development of innovative business ideas
- Market Monitoring – Track trends and innovations within the market and among competitors. Analyze industry developments and respond with strategic adjustments as needed. Stay up to date on best practices and emerging product solutions
- Reporting – Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities
- P&L Responsibility – Take full accountability for the profit and loss performance of the company’s product portfolio in Armenia
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of relevant electrical products
- Understanding of basic energy principles is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional discipline
