Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the General Director in daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing task execution to enhance the Director’s effectiveness
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the General Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and messages efficiently
- Document Management: Preparation, scanning, registration, and filing of important documents (contracts, reports, acts, etc.) following company procedures and ensuring proper archival and distribution
- Meeting and Event Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented
- HSE Support: Assist in ensuring HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) compliance within the office environment, report on compliance matters, and contribute to HSE-related tasks as directed by the General Director (an initial training will be organized by the group regional HSE Manager)
- Procurement Support: Manage office supplies by placing orders with approved suppliers and verifying timely receipt of goods and services
- Operational Support: Assist in preparing reports for the General Director on various operational and regulatory matters, helping to ensure that internal policies and regulations are adhered to
- Translation: Translate documents and correspondence, including management letters and reports, from Armenian to English or vice versa as needed
- Office Efficiency: Ensure that the office remains organized, compliant with GROUP HSE regulations, and maintains an environment conducive to productivity
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian (French is a plus)
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong understanding of office management systems and administrative procedures
- Experience with executive support, project management, or similar roles is a plus
