- Participation in the development of the employer branding strategy, roadmap creation, and budget planning - Initiating and coordinating external and internal events aimed at positioning the bank as a top employer, including open-door days, university visits, and collaborations with youth centers - Proposing concepts and participating in the implementation of external branding programs related to CSR - Active collaboration with procurement and budgeting teams, handling purchase and financial requests, ensuring approvals, and summarizing processes - Implementation of other projects and initiatives according to the annual plan

- Higher education in management, marketing, PR, or a related field - 2+ years of work experience in emplo- yer branding, HR marketing, or CSR projects implementation - Strong understanding of project management, planning, financial, and budgeting processes - Experience in digital marketing and SMM - Good command of Russian and English
