- In-depth knowledge of popular international travel destinations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage groups of travelers and ensure their satisfaction - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - At least 1 year of experience in travel or tourism - Fluency in Armenian and Russian, with advanced proficiency in English
