- Develop and oversee strategic objectives for sales, marketing, and financial operations to achieve company goals - Lead financial planning, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis, ensuring financial stability - Drive sales growth by creating and implementing effective marketing and advertising campaigns - Research the market, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for business expansion - Build partnerships and manage key client relationships to enhance sales and brand visibility - Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation - Prepare reports and presentations to update management on sales, marketing, and financial progress

- Higher Education in relevant field (master's degree in business administration, finance) - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role related to Sales, Marketing, or Finance, preferably as a Commercial director - Proven track record in strategic planning and execution across sales, marketing, and financial functions - Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial forecasting and profitability analysis - Excellent knowledge of MS office - Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English - Leadership and team management skills - Communication and interpersonal skills
