- Developing and improving frameworks to ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements - Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch - Monitoring and assessing compliance risks, with regular reporting to senior management on compliance status - Advising the business on compliance requirements and related controls - Guiding internal departments on conduct risks and enhancing their control environments - Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutions to promote compliance - Collaborating with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Risk) and external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, vendors, partners) as required
