Business Development Manager

- Defines long- and short-term business goals to increase export volumes, improve brand performance, and profitability - Develops strategies for growth by identifying key business opportunities and risks in B2B channels, Travel Retail, and new markets - Analyzes the market, competitors, and customer behavior at both local and global levels - Proposes guidelines and KPIs to support brand development and optimize business performance - Leads the execution of global marketing initiatives and ensures brand consistency across markets - Manages marketing activities, coordinates with local teams, and ensures alignment with brand strategy - Oversees business development teams and fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented environment

- Master's degree in management, business, or a related field - Experience in international business development - At least 5 years of managerial or business development experience in an international organization - At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with strong knowledge and experience in brand management - Experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage - Strong business and analytical skills, and financial knowledge - Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian, both written and spoken
