- Craft and implement overarching marketing strategies that integrate both traditional media and digital tools such as search engine optimization, online advertising, social media, and content creation - Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions, tailor marketing efforts, and boost engagement - Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing advancements to maintain Telcell’s edge in technological applications and traditional marketing practices - Enhance and streamline marketing operations to ensure campaigns and other marketing activities are run efficiently - Utilize project management tools (Asana & internal company’s tool) to monitor deadlines, budget constraints, and resource distribution. - Promote an environment of ongoing improvement through regular assessment and refinement of marketing strategies and processes - Skilled in utilizing advanced marketing platforms, including marketing automation technologies (CRM softwares, Firebase, Appsflyer) - Apply new technologies like artificial intelligence for better prediction and automation in marketing tactics. - Manage the marketing budget judiciously to ensure resources are aptly spread across various outlets for the best returns - Negotiate with suppliers to ensure Telcell gets the best quality for the best price

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Marketing or Business Administration, with a preference for a Master’s degree - 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 as a leader in the marketing sector, ideally within banking, telecommunications or fintech - Deep knowledge of overall marketing practices and digital tools - Strong ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions for strategy development - Outstanding leadership and communication capabilities, adept at guiding teams and partnering with executive leadership - Skilled in budget management and financial planning
