- Lead and execute the full audit cycle including risk assessment and internal controls over financial operations, compliance, and regulations - Serve as the primary contact for client communications throughout the audit process, ensuring client expectations are met and providing insights and recommendations for process improvement - Guide and mentor junior audit staff, providing feedback and fostering their development. Review work for accuracy and compliance - Analyze financial statements, identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards - Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting audit procedures, observations, and recommendations - Ensure that audits are performed in accordance with professional standards, internal policies, and regulations (e.g., IFRSs, ISAs) - Work closely with other audit seniors, managers, and partners to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality service delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the audit department by recommending and implementing best practices

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Taxation or other related field - 3-5 years of prior work experience in the areas of audit and/or accounting will be an asset (preferably within a professional services firm) - CAAA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification - Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and Armenian tax and accounting legislation - Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access), CAATs, and knowledge of accounting software commonly used in Armenia - Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and propose solutions - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects - Willingness to travel, if necessary
