- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives - Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so the development teams clearly understand them - Communicate the overall goal and vision to the rest of the team, getting everybody on the same page - Collect feedback from key stakeholders and users and relay that feedback to the team along with any necessary course corrections - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends - Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience - Define product requirements and manage the product roadmap - Integrate user research, product testing, and market analysis into product requirements - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make recommendations for improvements - Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD) - Understand and be willing to teach the value of collaboration and teamwork

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or experience in Product Management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizing skills - Experience working in an agile development environment, writing user stories and agile product delivery - Experience working with SQL and other data analysis tools - Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must - Experience working with a logistics product is a plus
