- Build, motivate, and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing clear purpose,direction, and motivation - Plan and allocate resources, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.Keep stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle - Work closely with teams across Marketing, Design, Product, and other departments to identify project requirements and research topics - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project strategy, progress, and any required adjustments to align with business needs - Monitor and measure project performance, identifying areas for improvement to optimize processes and outcomes - Maintain accurate records of project information, formulations, and specifications to ensure transparency and alignment with goals - Ensure ongoing collaboration and communication with various teams to ensure all research and development projects align with company standards and objectives

- BA/MS in Computer Science, Business, Communication, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on web standards, research, or e-commerce environments - Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.) - Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Solid analytical skills for project planning and decision-making - Keen eye for detail and proficiency in web standards, optimization metrics, and tools
