- lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards - develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management - create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies - coordinate with internal teams (design, content, digital, PR, etc.) and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives - track project progress, monitor performance metrics, and report on key deliverables to stakeholders - conduct post-project analysis to identify success factors and areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback - ensure all project stakeholders are aligned, managing expectations and providing regular updates - assist in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies and initiatives to improve brand visibility and market share - oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained

- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns or initiatives - proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall - excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams - strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - ability to analyze project data, track KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and sales departments - proactive and able to anticipate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and come up with solutions - experience managing project budgets and allocating resources effectively
