- Reach out to merchants through email or other communication channels to collect data about them - Transfer the collected data to the Customer Support Operator - Answer to emails/questions of merchants - Organize online meetings and calls between merchants and the Management
Required Qualifications
- A2 - B1 knowledge of the English language - Good communication skills - Ability to learn fast
