- Engage with potential customers at events, in e-commerce settings, and in public transport environments (metro and buses) - Educate potential customers on how to use Telcell Wallet, demonstrating its features and benefits - Provide hands-on assistance to customers setting up and using the Telcell Wallet app - Attend and actively participate in company events, representing Telcell with professionalism - Set up and manage promotional booths, ensuring they are attractive and well-stocked with promotional materials - Execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns in metro stations, buses, and other designated areas - Distribute flyers and other promotional materials to the target audience, ensuring wide and effective coverage - Assist in e-commerce BTL sales activities, supporting promotional offers and campaigns - Encourage potential customers to download and use Telcell Wallet for making payments and managing finances - Collect feedback from customers about their experiences and relay this information to the marketing team - Report on the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and suggest improvements based on customer interactions - Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during all promotional activities - Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer interactions, and feedback

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus - Previous experience in a promotional, sales, or customer service role, preferably in a BTL or event marketing context - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively - Strong sales skills with a persuasive approach to encourage customers to use Telcell Wallet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and positive attitude - Basic understanding of mobile applications and e-commerce platforms - Ability to demonstrate the use of the Telcell Wallet app to potential customers - Ability to stand for extended periods and carry promotional materials as needed - Willingness to travel to various locations for events and BTL campaigns - Professional appearance and demeanor, representing Telcell with integrity and enthusiasm - Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required by event schedules - Proficiency in Armenian; knowledge of English or Russian is a plus
