Responsibilities
- Implementing long-term and short-term sales strategy development, defining and implementing sales tactics and tools
- Carry out quantity and amount forecasting of products (annual and six-month), planning of receipts and sales promotion expenses
- Responsible for organizing the sales cycle of RA and NKR products, coordinating and leading the sales team.
- Replace the team leaders, in case of need
- Plan and implement the development of trade marketing activities, promotions, discounts, evaluation of their effectiveness
- Carry out periodic research of competitors' activities, come up with proposals for improving sales
- Develop and implement methods of working with customers of different target groups, monitoring the implementation of sales plans
- Conduct negotiations with current partners and potential sales organizations, assess the reliability of sales organizations
- Come up with a proposal for the launch of new products and services based on market requirements and development trends
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education
- At least 10 years of professional work experience
- Availability of FMCG experience
- Ability to plan
- Ability to manage a team
- Good knowledge of MS office programs
- Ability to negotiate
- Knowledge of English and Russian
- Ability to work in a team
