Marketing Specialist

- Build and lead strategic partnerships with relevant industry figures (various international beverage distributors, popular events, particular platforms and more). - Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing activations (digital, event platform, promotional material and loyalty programs) as well as internal procedures and standards of communication with guests - Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns - Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels - Collaborate with influencers, create content, hoot and edit videos for marketing purposes - Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the GM, restaurant management - Plan and execute sales building activities collaborating with Sales Manager that will build relationships, which will increase customer count - Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests - Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

- 3 years of marketing experience required - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred - Good knowledge of English and Russian - Experience in service industry (hotels, restaurants, entertainment or recreation) is an advantage - A sense of aesthetics and a love for culture, music and arts is a plus - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing - Ability to assess business goals, market requirements, customers, challenges, and opportunities within the area and input that knowledge into the creation of programs, etc
