- To provide legal advice to the company's clients both in writing and verbal - To perform real estate due diligence and draft reports - To assist with the drafting, verification and registration of real estate transactions (sale and purchase, lease, donation etc) - To consult on construction and development regulations, assisting with drafting of legal documents - To represent the clients in the administrative bodies and courts, including the drafting of related documents - To perform legal research and preparing law-related blog posts and other marketing publications, as per assignments - To interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions - To understand Clients’ requirements and advise them accordingly - To perform other legal duties as per assignments

- At least three years of experience as a real estate or construction lawyer - Bachelor's degree in law is a must. A master’s degree or PhD is an asset - Strong reasoning and legal drafting skills - Strong experience in real estate law and construction - Strong knowledge of civil law, real estate law and construction - Advance computer skills: MS Office, E-mail, Datalex and Arlis search basics - Excellent knowledge of Armenian,English and Russian - Self-disciplined and responsible, able to work in a team under pressure and within tight deadlines - Comprehensive understanding of the principles of law, legal concepts and institutional mechanism of application of the law - Following strict ethical standards and principles in work and life is a must - Experience in litigation is an asset - An attorney license is must - Passion for being a lawyer and devotion to the profession
