Deputy Head of Interior Designer

- Assist the Head of the Interior design department in all aspects of the design process, including project concept development and up to implementation - Provide on request administrative and clerical support to the Head of the Interior design department - Ability to work independently on different assignments within project timelines (selecting materials, ordering samples, generating floor plans, elevations, high quality 3D visualizations and other) - Collaborate closely with the team members for the completion of various assignments - Create innovative concepts and detailed designs for various spaces, with a primary focus on commercial spaces - Collaborate effectively with Procurement Department and suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of materials and resources - Collaborate effectively with the construction team to ensure the correspondence of design implementation - Maintain control over the project realization process, ensuring that all stages are completed to the highest standards and within the designated timelines - Support in executing the full design process, from initial sketch through to production

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven record of managing complex projects - Proficiency with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D’s Max (VRay/Corona) programs is a must - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software will be considered as a plus - Ability to create high quality 3D visualizations and good knowledge of design features - Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with the team - Excellent portfolio displaying previous range of design projects - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Detailed and goal oriented person with ability to work in fast paced environment
