Senior Data Analyst

- Leverage expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, data visualization, and business intelligence to extract and communicate actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions - Collaborate with business and technical teams to scope, design and implement data-driven organizational changes that align with business objectives - Guide and mentor AI professionals, be an advocate and promoter of the company’s development principles and participate in recruitment

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics or related field required; advanced degree preferable - 5+ years of hands-on mathematical modelling experience in a business environment - Experience in leading data analytics teams preferable - Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization across a broad range of techniques and tools - Experience working with large tabular data sets in cloud environments and relational databases - Experience building multistep ETL jobs and working with job-scheduling systems preferable - Extensive experience in quantitative analysis and data manipulation skills using SQL, Excel and Python - Experience building causal inference solutions preferable - Experience designing and implementing data reporting solutions and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools - Ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly and concisely to audiences at various levels - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple business stakeholders - Experience coaching data professionals preferable
