- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and market needs - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative fintech products to market - Stay updated on the latest trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to ensure product-market fit - Identify, prioritize, and manage the implementation of new product features, ensuring timely delivery and quality - Communicate product vision and progress to both internal teams and external partners,ensuring alignment at all stages - Leverage analytics and user feedback to optimize product performance and improve user experience - Ensure the product adheres to all regulatory, security, and compliance requirements in the financial services space

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field - Experience with agile product development in fintech or related industries - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment - Experience with APIs, mobile app development, or digital payments platforms is a plu - Experience in product management, preferably in fintech or related industries is a plus
