Logistics Specialist

Huawei Armenia

- Monitor, analyze, plan and control of logistics operation - Share responsibility in issue of identification and resolution, with continuous improvement of logistics’ level - Import and Export customs clearance/permit application: review documents, duty and VAT calculation, coordinate customs broker and ensure they comply with Huawei’s requirements and local regulations and local law - Arrange payment for duty & VAT and clearance charge, monthly provide customs clearance report as per upper management team’s requirement - Product and spare parts classification, documentation and filing - Local delivery and distribution: Getting quotation, processing to transportation booking and instruction, shipment tracking and control - Warehouse management: Material receiving and dispatching, inventory count and book keeping, arranging payment for inventory charge - Logistics coordination and support for sales contract and loan-goods contract

- BS in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field is preferred - Fluency in English and Russian - Solution focused, oriented to improvement and development - Experience in customer service will be a plus - Ability to track multiple processes - Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High sense of responsibility and result-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction - Team player, able to work in an international team

Salary: 200000 AMD - 600000 AMD Net a month
