- To conduct negotiations with securities and money market participants (including foreign) and execution of transactions in securities and money markets - To provide research, analysis, and recommendations regarding securities and money markets to immediate supervisor - To present and summarize the results of the work performed by the service to the immediate supervisor - To support the implementation of current and short-term liquidity monitoring process and monitoring of mandatory reserve requirements

- Higher Education (Finance or Mathematics) - Experience in securities market is considered an advantage - CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst qualification is considered an advantage - Good knowledge of securities market is considered an advantage - Knowledge of Securities Market and Banking legislation is considered an advantage - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS program - Strategic thinking - Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
