Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability - Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs - Make records of data in various platforms
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English - Work experience is a plus - Willingness to work in shifts - Excellent phone etiquette; both verbal and written - Ability to cooperate and deal with hard cases
