Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of Stamina solutions
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Stamina solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the management team
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience in sales
- Strong proficiency in leveraging sales and CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), and expertise in using advanced outreach and sales intelligence platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to identify and engage with potential clients
- Demonstrated capability in executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, social media, and direct calls, to effectively communicate the value proposition and engage prospects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations of Stamina's solutions to a diverse range of audiences
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong desire to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market
