Responsibilities
- Analyze data from client-reported Trouble Tickets
- Submit Trouble Tickets to clients
- Resolve technical issues efficiently
- Follow up with clients to confirm problem resolution
- Monitor and test service quality to ensure standards are met
- Perform routing tasks based on personal analysis and collaboration with the sales team
- Test and analyze routing results
- Provide technical support to clients and the internal team
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient written communication skills in English and Russian
- Excellent time management and work-planning abilities
