Systems Monitoring Specialist

- Monitor IT systems, networks, and firewalls using appropriate software - Detection and registration of failures and problems (incidents) in IT systems - Perform incident analysis and handling - Respond to all received notifications, if necessary, forward them to the responsible team - Provide relevant reports - Implement incident and recurring problem logging

- Higher technical education - Basic knowledge of the concepts of IT infrastructure - Knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, PRTG) will be an advantage - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of AS Bank will be an advantage - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English - Ability to work in shifts - Ability to learn quickly, navigate, and make independent decisions, a conscientious attitude to work, and a high sense of responsibility
