Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages - Troubleshoot website issues and escalate to the technical team - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Document all call information accordingly to standard operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency in English language, both written and verbal - Ability to work night shifts - Solid communication and excellent interpersonal skills
