Technical Supervisor of Construction Works

- Ensure compliance of the performed works with the construction standards and rules, as well as the design specifications and estimates through technical supervision. - Check the quality of materials used by contractors in construction works, availability of certifying documents, their conformity to the standards, technical and other regulations - Check all dimensional measurements and calculations presented by the contractor to the client for payment - Carry out regular quality control, measure the scope of works and participate in drafting, review and approval of post-completion documentation - Coordinate and control the specialized laboratory inspections of concrete and reinforcements used in construction as required by the effective regulations of the Republic of Armenia

- University degree in urban development, seismic engineering, architecture or other technical areas - 5+ years of continuous work experience in a similar position - Experience of technical supervision of construction projects implemented jointly with international organizations is highly desirable - Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and simultaneous supervision of works running on various construction sites - Excellent Armenian and Russian writing and speaking skills, ability to draft and edit documents in two languages; knowledge of English is desirable - Advanced computer skills (proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, graphics and electronic spreadsheet packages). Knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD will be a plus - Communication and organizational skills - Attention to detail and scrupulousness - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure - Ability to multitask - Strong sense of responsibility - Integrity and polite manners - Team player with strong work ethics
