Responsibilities
- Provide prompt technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Manage IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Monitor and support system performance, updates, antivirus, and backups
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support enterprise software deployments and system upgrades
- Assist in IT projects, including migrations and network improvements
- Educate employees on IT tools and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPNs
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of Office 365, cloud-based solutions (Azure, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
