Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll on a monthly basis
- Supervise and execute clients’ daily accounting transactions
- Oversee the preparation of initial accounting records and supporting documentation
- Supervise and prepare payment documentation
- Manage documentation required for transactions with clients’ bank accounts
- Supervise the bookkeeping of clients’ fixed assets and inventory/material assets
- Calculate and prepare payment documentation for taxes and fees due to tax authorities
- Support the development and implementation of new services and business initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to accountants, consultants, and assistants involved in projects
- Perform other duties as required for the successful execution of company projects and goals
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an accounting and consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, and RA tax and accounting laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., 1C, AS)
- Good working knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- ACCA certification with at least 6 passed exams.(preferable)
