Responsibilities
- Ensure constant quality and service excellence through personalized approach
- Check the arrival list, identify the top VIPs, prepare the personalized welcome letters
- Assign amenities and follow up on their delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize services based on preferences, previous stays, and special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)
- Liaise with departments (Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, SPA) to ensure prompt service delivery and special requests are fulfilled
- Handle guest complaints and service issues with discretion, empathy, and efficiency
- Respond to requests from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Train and supervise guest relations staff
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 2 years work experience in relevant position
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
